Shipping policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Once your device(s) has been shipped, your tracking info will be available within 48 hours.

If you did not receive a tracking number after 48 hours and/or need help tracking your order, please email support@airkave.com and we will look into the issue for you.

HOW LONG IS THE AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME?

US orders will be shipped free of charge via UPS ground. (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska) Other shipping options include USPS & FedEx (at an additional rate which will be applied at checkout.)

Please be advised, while most packages arrive on time, there may be certain circumstances that our carriers may experience that can cause shipping delays and are out of our control (e.g. pandemic related issues, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc). For this reason, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your device leaves our warehouse, issues with delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES:

All orders with PO Box addresses will be delivered using USPS and free of charge (Standard Shipping Only).

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, we can correct your order within 12 hours of purchase. Simply reply to your order confirmation email to provide us with the correct information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you must cancel your order within 12 hours after it was placed for the cancellation to be applied. If your device has already shipped, please email support@airkave.com with the subject line, "CANCEL", and we will do our best to resolve your case from there.

RETURNS & WARRANTY?

Our warranty policy lasts 365 days for products that have a warranty issue. Due to the nature of our product, we are not accepting returns for any reason other than a defective device. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We address returns on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards an amicable solution.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@airkave.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
